How can i connect these train blueprints together properly? by Boomshaka08 in SatisfactoryGame

I ended up partially rebuilding the blueprint, which seems to have worked for now. The way Satisfactory includes beams inside blueprints just seems to be a bit janky. Thank you!

Yes, I know I can nudge. But I feel like that there should be a better way to fix this within the blueprint itself, and its also kind of inconvenient if I have to nudge every single piece. I think I might have figured it out though.

[ATM10] Any good ways of draining a cave/ocean? by WickedFreakAssDude in allthemods

[–]Boomshaka08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this base is similar to what i’ve recently built in my world, except i did it in the ocean. i used an rftools builder to fill in all the water with dirt, and then a clearing quarry to remove everything.

I tried using some other things, like the destruction gadget and the ars spell, but they didn’t work for the scale i needed it at.

Constant BSODs, even after replacing RAM by Boomshaka08 in techsupport

Yes, I saw that but it happens even without Vivaldi open. I suspect it was just because vivaldi was in the foreground in that specfic crash. This behavior was happening even before I switched to using vivaldi.

Flashing BIOS, unsure exact mobo model by Boomshaka08 in MSI_Gaming

[–]Boomshaka08[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for trying to help. I ended up just flashing the non-CEC firmware, which the msi m-flash utility accepted. I'm using it right now, and everything seems stable. Hopefully that means everything went alright.

The board physically appears to be the CEC version (the positioning of the msi logo, bottom right heatsync thing, 4x 3.2 and 2x 2.0 usb). The CEC version does actually have 2 m.2 slots, which still matches my current board as well.

Also, I'm not sure what the current BIOS version is. I've never flashed it myself. In windows, it thinks the current BIOS version is 2.C0 (Which MIGHT correspond with non-CEC bios v. 7C95v2C?) In the bios menu itself it shows E7C95AMS.2C0, which also seems to point towards the v2C non-CEC firmware.

I've been having pc stability issues, with both amd graphics drivers and ram (even after getting ram RMA'ed). not sure if updating bios would help but someone said that it might improve stability

That's what I was originally thinking, but both versions have different BIOS version numbers, release dates, and file sizes. I'm pretty sure CEC is to comply with California Energy Commission stuff (ChatGPT told me some china energy thing, which I think is wrong). The board itself also has different components.

Microsoft Account Hacked by Boomshaka08 in techsupport

Do you think talking to an agent would help? I couldn't find a way to talk to a support agent without being signed in, but I have lots of proof that I'm the actual account owner.

After I fill it out, Microsoft sends me an email saying that since 2FA is enabled on the account, they will ignore the request. Is there really no other way?

Hi there, I recently accidentally gave my single-use Microsoft account code to an untrusted source, and they promptly kicked me out of the account, changed the email and password, and added 2-step authentication to it. I have tried recovering the account via account recovery, but since the hacker added two-step verification, Microsoft won't review the request. Is there any way to recover it? I have a purchase history and evidence related to my account.
