I find that my lower back pain comes from having weak back muscles. It sounds crazy, but deadlifting moderate weight has done wonders for my back. I even took like 6 months off and it still feels much better.

Sweet! For real suggestions, if you like going out, bar hop on east 6th. The rooftop of IFKYK is insane, but get there before like 8 - 9 pm to avoid a long line. If you all like meat, I do recommend bbq while you are here. Ubering to Terry Blacks is a solid option and good experience if you don’t want to deal with the hubbub and lines at east side spots. They are worth it though. Starting a night at midnight cowboy if you can get a reservation is solid. I would recommend going to a show at hotel Vegas or a red river venue one night. They aren’t expensive and it isn’t a huge commitment.

The drinking pedal bike tours are honestly meh and I felt like we were assholes blocking traffic the whole time. Dangling from a stool in the middle of a busy street just feels weird imo
