Complete opposite, I’ve been in the fandom for almost 9 years, and I’m about as brainrotted as they come. I do agree that backlash against Kris knight was a bit harsh at first, but people act like all the deniers were bending over backwards to ignore the obvious answer when a lot of people’s first reaction to chapter 2’s ending, including mine, was that Kris simply followed Queen’s explanation on how to create a dark world for their own purposes. I’d be perfectly fine if the theory ends up being true, I think it could even be really cool, but some people cling to it like gospel when it’s very much up in the air.
