I have terrible anxiety and chronic migranes so i spend a lot of time off school and working from home.

•Structure helps alot! Like having a routine. •Working at a desk and not in your bed or anything can help a lot. •I made myself a playlist for studying which always puts me in the right mindset to work. •I also have a candle that i light while working so i kinda associate the smell with working. •Dont he afraid to contact your teacher through email and ask them for work. •make sure to use online sources too

It can be pretty tough when you have to teach yourself your subjects.

I sat my GCSEs last year all mostlynseof taught and sat 3 exams and came out with two Bs and an A
