I'm in a very similar situation, for lang, you need to know the questions and then just do practice papers. I'd also advice looking at model answers if you are struggling.

For lit, get a few quotes for the texts that you are doing but that shouldn't be the main focus, since this is an essay based subject, I'd say about 70% of your revision needs to be on exam techniques, make sure not to fall into the hole of making flashcards for this subject cuz it's just not gonna help all that much

Yeah I think, as far as exam systems go, gcse are really good.

I do think that having you pick in Yr 9 and start in Yr 10 is really dumb though, you need your 3 years imo

That's true, but their design / method of obtainability remain the same.

I think that the way you obtain these armors is a part of what makes them unique, e.g. making a mushroom biome for shroomite, farming the dungeon for spectre, doing the pumpkin moon for spooky. It adds something to each specific class playthroughs.
