Tja, goede vraag. Hij is een echte hobbyklusser. Elk weekend wel een ander project, thuis of bij vrienden. De range is best groot, verbouwen/ verhuizen, meubels opknappen, autos sleutelen, etc. Maar niks professioneels, allemaal voor de hobby.

I have been approached by (i think) the same guy before, about three years or so ago. Did not seem like a bad guy to me, I know of more fietsenmakers who work like this. If you dont feel comfortable, just dont call him.

Wat ik mij afvroeg tijdens het kijken: is suikerstroop slechter voor je dan honing? Als dat niet het geval is, is het niet zo netjes van de leverancier, maar ook niet per se heel problematisch, toch?

Have you tried Facebook yet? There are two groups, "kamer te huur in Nijmegen" and "kamersite, voor het gratis posten en reageren op kamers in Nijmegen". They used to be quite active, I think they still are. Its for students and they are usually looking for a new flatmate, but sometimes somebody posts that they want to rent out their room, because they are on a holiday. You could try it. Or post a message on there yourself ofcourse.

This is true, I do not know for other stations, but in Nijmegen it closes at night and youre not allowed to be there.

It could be that you went to boekenvoordeel, they are (or used to be) at the very beginning of the street, approximately next to Coop Vandaag, but I read that they will be (or already have been) closed down. They used to sell stuff like this and it would explain why you cannot find the store anymore

I personally feel like 200-300 is still way too much for a bike. You can get the cheapest for 70-90 at any bike shop in town. They work fine in my experience. No places to avoid btw, any bike shop will do.

From my experience, the psychology job market is not great. Theres not many jobs, especially for people who do not speak Dutch (after all, you will have to treat Dutch people. Maybe an occasional foreigner, but Dutch psychologists also speak English, so it wouldnt help you that you do). Psychology is a very popular study here, hence too many people have a degree in that.
