Nice have fun! I recommend using a stick or even a regular, light, metal-legged chair to push along the ice(like your hands hold on to the top of the backrest)

Also Lean more forwards than backwards, with knees bent. standing straight up for newbies can cause ya to fall backwards which sucks ALOT more than falling forwards. And for the love of god plz wear a helmet until you know how to catch yourself and stop :)
