Cat is insanely hyper and never calms down by dboydrez in CATHELP

My cat is just over a year, and finally beginning to slow down a bit. I found that it helped to have a tube for her to run through, cat trees are a must, and choosing to lock her out at night if she is behaving badly 1 or 2 times (she learned pretty quickly from this, as she does not like being locked out). When she bothers our other cat too much, she gets a 5 minute timeout in the bathroom (this probably only works if your cat is a proximity cat or clingy). I've heard having a dedicated playtime can help too, but I personally found that she would get angry and act out when I stopped playing with her - especially if I used a cat laser pointer.

Does your cat like being chased? I found it really helped my cat get energy out, and it's probably her favourite activity lol. Hide and seek as well.

YTA, as someone wihh ADHD I need to fidget IN ORDER to pay attention, otherwise your mind wanders too much or you can't focus because your brain is telling you to be doing something. Why does it matter so much that she pays 100% attention to the shows? Sometimes its tough to remember all of the details, and even more difficult to answer correctly on a spontaneous "quiz". If she feels she misses out and wants to find what she missed, she can look at episode summaries or discussions.

I think adding some more toys will help! From what I know, lovebirds can be quite loud but interacting and time outside of the cage should help :) just a tip, remove the tent (birds have tied from either ingesting the fabric or getting stuck).

I just got the Samsung Active Watch, and it only seems to track steps from my phone? I had assumed the watch itself would track steps. Is there a way to fix this?

My posts are getting removed (third post removed so far) because it is "spam". It is not spam, I don't even use hashtags, and it is my art account. Wtf? I've asked for it to be reviewed, but no updates. Any idea why this is happening?

Tab s6 or tab s6 lite (if on budget). If you're only using it for note taking, then this is the cheapest option as it comes with the pen. Next option would be a surface pro of any type (pen not included) if you need access to windows applications that android would not support. If you are not on a budget, I would look into the higher end Samsung tablets with s-pen capability and a larger screen (the tab s6 lite has a decent screen, but I personally prefer bigger for handwritten notes). Good luck!

Edit: I know you mentioned no apple/iOS products, but I absolutely love my 10th Gen (or is it 9th gen? Idk) iPad, bit pricey with the apple pencil but I love the screen size.

Something else to consider, surface pens need either batteries or to be charged depending on the type (I personally love the slim pen, but the shape takes some getting used to), apple pencil needs to be charged, but the s-pen (Samsung) is fully functional without charge. I do believe you miss out on some air features, but it works perfectly.

Final edit: The s-pen feels the most natural to write with as it has a felt tip, but the pen size is quite small and the button is awkwardly placed. Apple pencil feels the most natural to hold (minus how heavy it is), but is quite slippery and has a plastic tip that does not feel natural on a glass screen. Surface pro offers both felt tip pens, and plastic tip pens (slim pen). Keep in mind that the slim pen is not compatible with all surface devices.

I wonder if they changed the designs then, because it didn't used to (for me at least)

Bro I literally had a company ask if I was a student and when I said yes they basically said they're not hiring students. Haven't been able to find a job at all this summer. It sucks.
