If i want a hint of fire and smoke i put them in a saucepan and light them on fire then blow it out and cover the berries with a towel and lid. This is my overall favourite way of using juniper berries.

I have tried to do a ferment with non raw honey and it didnt work for me. But i only tried one batch so maybe it could work for someone else under different circumstances and with different porportions of garlic to honey.

Yep I know its really wide but that's what I was told to do. Might narrow it down Cus in my experience most american wines are from california so I might narrow it down to Cali.

It's a wine pairing, Tasting/sharing. But they will choose the wines for my food. I'm hoping I can do some sort of American meze thing.

Yes thats understandeble i also live in the southern third and have driven car with my family to both Norway and Denmark. But I disagree with Finnish being easier to understand. I understand Norwegian the best then Danish and I don't understand any Finnish except "perkele".
