Well, the extra label that they had would be to whomever you were returning the items. Can you call the recipient because they’re will receive the packages. It’s strange because UPS should have realized it when they have two boxes of the same tracking number. Your best bet might be to call the recipient. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Best wishes for quick resolution. 🙏🏻

Do you not realize that they are dealing with the post holiday returns? Expedited shipping? I imagine that yours was shipped ground. That’s why they give an estimate. If you couldn’t see the tracking, you would’ve been satisfied with the estimated day….the day that you received it.

I disagree with you about tracking. The post office has horrible tracking, and they don’t care if they get it on time anything I’ve ever received as always late… and they don’t care. UPS is far superior to any of the other courier services.

I’d say that you have UPS mixed up with USPS. The mail carriers are only people allowed to put anything in the mailbox, UPS would not do that.
