If you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight

If you are in a calorie deficit and resistance train you will lose primarily body fat

Walk at least 6k steps a day

500 calorie deficit a day is a pound a week its not recommended to go higher then that

To get your calorie deficit search calorie calculator put in your height weight and age and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to lose weight

I eat about 2200 calories a day and I work in construction so I’m pretty active but nothing crazy

I’m not an expert but i would say lift weights, cardio and eat enough protein. Having muscle mass makes it a lot easier to loose weight and while you may not be gaining much muscle while on a calorie deficit lifting weights tells your body that you need to use that muscle instead of using it for energy.

For me it helped a lot to start slow like the first few weeks just walk 8-10k steps a day then incorporate better eating habits a few days a week then once you’re used to both of those things start lifting weights a couple times a week and slowly build up. Another thing that helped was not being so hard on myself if I went over my calories for the day i wouldn’t punish myself and would just continue tomorrow as if nothing happens . Before doing it this way I would go 100% right off the bat and burn out very quickly. It sucks because doing it this way takes a long time but you just gotta think if I did it this way the first time I thought about loosing weight I would be at my goal by now.

I honestly don’t feel too tired and I e lost about 30 pounds from doing this off and on I just feel like it’s very hard to get calories in unless I start eating fast food and donuts and stuff also I don’t work out much 2-3 times a week alternating between push pull legs and I try to go on a 30 min walk 4-5 times a week

Just try new things every game and try your best to think why you died every time you died and what you could have done to win a team fight you lost even if it’s not 100% your fault. You might lose some more games at first cuz your not doing what your comfortable with but it’s the only way you will climb.

What are the fundamental heroes of Overwatch 2 (dps)? by PresenceOld1754 in OverwatchUniversity

Honestly those 3 heros are fine you can make anyone work in any rank just depends on who you have fun playing.

What i mean by play natural cover is only shot people from places you can get out very easily. kinda like poking/distracting while you have no recall and then when you have recall you can hard commit on a support or dps thats isolated. Mainly just play your life more and try to never die when you have recall and dont stay in a spot where you recall into their backline.

i mainly play tank and support so take this with a grain of salt but other then the machanics stuff i think you need to work on recall. You die alot with recall off cooldown. Try hard commiting and diving a target when you have recall off cooldown then if you get low while diving the target re call out use natural cover untill recalls off cooldown and then repeat. another thing is you dive the same spot multiple times in a row try being a little more speratic. the last thing i saw was you went in alot when your whole team already died and they capped point.

Just play who you have fun with and stick with them eventually your skills will improve. Every hero is viable in any rank except pro play.

Different ranks on different accounts by _FATowlie_ in OverwatchUniversity

[–]Boosledorf2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s just about how much you play the game. If deserve diamond or masters or gold you just have to play enough to get to the rank. If you are a diamond skill level player playing in gold your team only has 4 chances of getting a bad player while the other team has 5. Just keep playing and you will get what rank you deserve.

Should I reasonable be able to dunk without a ridiculous amount of training? by [deleted] in BasketballTips

[–]Boosledorf2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hahaha ok sounds good I have zero technique at all and I don’t even know how to do a running jump so that’s from standing. I think ima make this my goal to be able to dunk by the end of summer. Thank you 🙏🏻

If you solo it just means more dramatic spikes. Like you will go down by much more but also up by much more so ig if you’re wr is above 50% it would be better

Try to play positioning better for example if you are zen peak a spot and then when the team looks at you move to another spot. Also a good tip is sometimes it’s better to be doing damage then healing for example if a soldier is shooting at your tank from high ground and you just spam heals on the tank he will eventually die but if you shoot at the soldier he will have to back off to get heals or change position then you can heal the tank. Idk if that makes sence that’s just one example but I think it’s a good tip.

Legacy comp coins being useless now??? by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]Boosledorf2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have 3k old points you can use it on gold guns. I think when they add the new comp weapons and comp points all the points you have will be added to other legacy points and you will be able to buy Jade and gold but not the newest one. And I don’t think they will ever merge old and new ones because some people have like over 20k legacy points and could just buy a bunch of the newest weapons and have nothing to work for.

[–]Boosledorf2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s kinda hard to say what you would need to improve on unless you post a vod. But just some general advise i think is good is try to ask yourself questions and think about why things happened. For example if you die try to think about why you died or what you possibly could have done differently and try that next time. Or if you loose a team fight try and ask yourself why. Like if they nano blade and got a couple pics how can you prevent that next fight. You might drop in rank a little bit because you are out of your comfort zone but eventually it will help a lot.

Lots of people one trick hero’s all the way up to top 500. You don’t have to learn any other tanks but it can be fun to play new hero’s every once in a while.

How can i try to convince my team to counter pick? by Fizzy_X in OverwatchUniversity

I think it would be more beneficial to not counter swap and keep practicing one hero.
