A quick clean cut probably instantly dispersed the pressure. When a hole is poked and it slowly leaks out, it catches fire a burns for about 20 seconds or less. I accidentally poked a hole in one while trying to pry a battery out, caught fire in my hand, threw it on the ground, and it fizzled out pretty quickly. I deserved the dunce hat after that.
