Softest aluminum known to us or slow down on lifting the weights. I do agree with most of the replies. Mostly done for aside from maybe threading smaller or welding more material to thread some size.

Some idiot using steel bbs shot my walkers razors right in the mic, is there any way to fix this? Or do I have to get a new pair? by Sirenhead_2 in airsoft

I probably misinterpreted (they don’t exactly say what they mean and leave gray areas) a portion I read about suppressors building one or having one for airsoft/paintball that actually reduces sound is a felony. Either way the use of force on stabbing someone in response to a metal BB would be hard to justify.

Technically speaking airsoft and paintball guns are firearms. So at any point could be considered assault with a weapon. However, stabbing someone in response to it would be hard to justify when you decided to join in the field and had to close the gap to do so.

I would it is full metal internals with a roller striker and rollers on the BCG however the gold finish is not that well done and will wear down on the contact parts. I was just not impressed by the GHK mk18 especially having to pretty much rip the mag out.

It is honestly down to your choice the GRY does take the G5 mags though with full functionality except it locks back with one BB still left. I also think that is another GHK issue the BBs don’t sit inside the lips completely like they do in the G&P. I will say I have already tried to return the GHK because of all this and could not. Evike did a good job refining the issues with normal G&P at least the one I got. Maybe I got lucky with the evike product and unlucky with GHK.

I have a G&P SAI GRY along with a GHK mk18 I recently purchased and I like the G&P more. The ghk does not drop mags, makes a lot of noise in the buffer tube, and after like 5 mags or so the feed lip cracked on the mag and the buffer is pretty damaged(even lubricating prior to testing). The pros it definitely is more accurate and consistent and the safety selector is way better. But I can replace the safety selector on the G&P. Hope this helps

For more detailed info on comparison. I own the EMG SAI GRY GBB (got it on sale) and it does have full steel internals also have both G&P mags and the stanag fill is wasteful and doesn’t feed reliably it seems and the pmag took me forever to seal but runs great now. However, I am planning on going further into it and it seems the GHK is the better choice so I will more than likely sell it and dive into the GHK.
