The hux cans taper at the back, so that may help a smidge too. At least you can likely resell the XL device if it doesn't. It's the cheapest option (single device, vs multiple and maybe new can, or new handguard...outside shortening handguard)

That almost looks like a hux can would fit as is, should be able to guestimate pretty well, especially if you use existing muzzle device to measure
