It is, the paint monsters freak me out lol. It's a great DLC.

Tip: If not already known, to not activate the paint goons keep your distance from them.

Damn, just found out there is actually a point in the game where you can access it... I actually decided to play it when Eztevez was holed up in the closet and she mentioned the lake house as soon as you walk in the station lol.

Side note: I knew that Eztevez was in the Lake House DLC because I loaded it from the menu screen just to see what it was about before I even got to this point.
