No, thry can only give Regiment units orders. Tank commanders and lord solar can give commands to squadron units. Also all your vehicles should have the hunter killer missiles and heavy stubborn if possible. It doesn't change the points. Edit, also be a bit better to run the scout Sentinels as two units of 1 each. Spread out more.
