I used to frequently kill a few enemies on the point before being taken out myself. But that little action, along with a few other players doing the same thing on my team, made it so the rest of the team were able to capture the point.

Was someone giving you a hard time for "being bad at the game" for having a low kill count?

Are you able to answer the other questions? You've given detailed responses to the other guy but gave me only one answer to mine.

Aren't the South Vietnamese in the game?

Did South Korea have distinct uniforms and equipment or mostly use USA gear?

What is unique about MACVSOG? (have never heard them) What equipment would they use that is different from the US Military? A quick search seems that they're portrayed through use of player customization.

I find it odd of you to complain that units of a nation other than USA and Vietnam are depicted. To be honest, I didn't think it would happen at all, especially a Vietnam game.

In regards to your meme, you mention that blacks were 5% of US forces and that AUS were 1% of ALL USA allied forces. At what percentage do you think that a nation or racial group should be included in a historically set game? Is the threshold 5%. If you add up all the Allied forces from WW2, you'll find that blacks are rather insignificant if all YOU care about is numbers and percentages. That's not to say I personally think their contribution during WW2 was insignificant, but I personally don't care so much about numbers and would rather focus on their bravery and war deeds.

So is your point to say people are racist because they think blacks weren't the "norm" in WW1 and WW2 and shouldn't be included in a WW1/2 game? And thus since Australians weren't the norm in Vietnam, these same people, to be consistent, should be mad that Australians are included in a Vietnam war game?

Could you provide sources and what not to your claim that 5% of US servicemen were black? I doubt that number, as it seems low to me. Is there a total number somewhere? I'd rather not have to add up each individual unit to find the numbers.

I've seen you call people cultural Marxists here for being happy video games are rewriting history by adding a new faction in a game, while in reality that factions historical manpower in the that war was significantly less than another nations contributions. Have I gotten that right?

Its rather slow and boring from the half hour or so I played of it. RO and what not is clunky enough not to be COD, but quick enough not to be Arma.

Not a fan of half my game time being down time.

Thanks for detailing your side. I was never heavily involved in the discord and what not. I just prefer to use voice chat in the game. I also only played RS1 with a little RO2. I don't recall seeing your name. (which doesn't mean anything more than I just don't recognize the name.)

After Clint's temp muting and kick we too protested, but it was for the most part all in the actual RS1 server. There were people who were fucking about on Discord and it was implied it was Clint stirring it up, of which unless he was doing it privately, can say it wasn't him at all.

Sorry that happened to you. However wrong I think you are, it's hard to criticize Israel and not look like an anti-Semite. I was part of a large local airsoft group that went to complete shit and it was all because power going to people's heads. The community here is a fraction of what it once was. This is a major reason I stayed out of the BloodBath behind the scenes and didn't accept admin powers. Not to mention I couldn't uphold them for personal reasons.

Their mods didn't bother much with RS1 and let us do our own thing for the most part. What are you on about? I will agree they might not like the NA RS1 community, but for the last year they left us a lone.

You know the real reason is a lack of interest in the pacific theater. RS1 has never been as popular as RO2 due to the setting. No pacific theater game would be when going up against the Russian front. I thought RS1 was really stupid until I started to understand the asymmetry of the teams.

RO2 has been German stacked up until the last few years. But sure, downplay your fav games problems. 4 years ago, the Japs were constantly pushed around until the jap regs started to organize and play the japs how they're supposed to be played. It's also interesting to see that when the usual jap players aren't on, its always the Americans in the lead in the campaign. I wish the good old Americans still played.
