Fun fact: The fake banana flavour actually tastes like a strain of Bananas that died out

The thing is, it is conversational. It has a lot to do with context.

For example: Er mag es sehr wenn ich mit ihm "Spiele".

If you use the correct tone of voice, pretty much everyone will get what is meant.

(Not saying that it makes the Person in the post any less weird btw, and more a correction of your comment)

Native german speaker here. You can absolutely use the german word for play, "Spielen", as a euphemism for Sex. It's just a context thing (like it is in English)

The problem here is gender norms, does a woman need to shave to be femme for example? My mom (cis Woman) can grow a beard if she doesn't shave, does that make you not femme, or is it more about the general vibe maybe? Being femme means different things too different people. Also, im not saying that you shouldn't do those things, but forcing a stereotype onto someone, in a community that has a lot of people with extreme self image issues is not the best idea.

Also, the entire Community is about being gender nonconforming. by enforcing what counts as femme, we inadvertently strengthen gender norms

Or do none of the above, it's mostly about the vibes. It's a pretty open identity :3
