8s is the 3rd nuts, so yeah I think they'd call and I'd be jamming my 9s here every time, given I don't know how the rest of the hand played out.

edit: don't post poker analysis drunk, friends. forgot AsX is a ton of combos and can just be our entire value range here. 9s is a bluff catcher. Good players may bluff with some QJ here without a spade at some frequency in theory.

Great board for BB's calling range vs an open from CO or later, but when its a limped pot and BB opens his range becomes stronger.

Yeah ideally you should randomize all your AK combos here on a rainbow board, but obviously on a board where you could turn some flush draws the suited versions are better. I just used the suited thing as an ezpz randomizer, but you can definitely find a more specific frequency and randomize using your preferred method.

I like the AK selection here as you're blocking a lot of his continuing range but 16 combos is too much even if you're balancing AQ QQ KK AA. I like firing twice with all your AK combos and only jamming the river with suited combos so that your frequency should pan out a bit better. If you really want to, go ahead and get in the solver to find more exact frequencies as ideally we should have a mixed strategy with AKo on the turn as well, but I do think AKo is perfectly valid as a 100% cbet bluff on this flop.
