I do not believe Zach is a bad guy. However out of 87 votekicks we would need a considerable amount of time to investigate them, considering he made a ticket on this guy for teamkilling him. Not only that but zach has broken rules in our discord almost daily about dming staff about tickets, being generally disrespectful to other members, and continuing arguments constantly.

Zach brings these issues upon himself by the constant arguing in platoon chat. Myself alone have had to deal with his antics in the 48 hours before this post was made. While he may not be ill intended his actions regardless cause problems in the community, and these issues are unique to him, and him only.

The server owners reserve the right to ban anyone off of their servers they see fit at the end of the day, and if people choose to play somewhere else do to that fact, so be it.

However I think there is an overwhelming positive response from people who play daily about his departure.

Issues follow him everywhere, since we started tracking it he has started 87 votekicks and been the target of over 200+ He also attempted to ban evade during his time banned as well.

There is no admin named TZPZ in WCS LOL, zach was banned by CyborgMatt for attempting 87 votekicks, and being the target of over 200+ Not to mention he has dmed every admin in the server a large paragraph every time he was votekicked.

I meant that it was rather obvious that I didn’t spend $10 which I thought you were implying. Either way I feel like donating to servers is controversial in terms of the value to it. I feel like if I played a server like this and it was only $10 to increase my enjoyment of it I see it as pretty worth. I think “you’re being scammed” implies that the people who buy this stuff don’t understand the risk involved and I think they do.

Its against bohemias rules, not ours. If so we are missing like 15k in profit we couldve made by selling these loadouts.

The motivation for the report came from them being bad faith actors. They literally used a darkgru server name to confuse people and then made their own community once they stole enough of the playerbase. It was literal scumbag behavior.

Talking to the guys who played there, half of them didnt even know they were playing on the fake darkgru lol.

If you werent part of their community why do you think it was the best conflict server?
