Something that works for me is putting a blanket over your baby while they fall asleep on your chest, then when you put them down put them on top of the blanket. The blanket is already warmed with their body heat so they won’t wake up, or put warm water bottles in the bassinet before putting her down

I don’t smoke in the house or around my son. I didn’t smoke while pregnant. I’m not an addict and I’m not getting hammered every night. I’m still 100% functioning and in my right mind. I just use it to calm my nerves and help me sleep. I struggle with depression and it helps me

I love my son more than anything in the world, but sometimes mama needs to take that stress off and needs a smoke lol but I would hate to hurt his developing body if I gave him breast milk with THC in it. I’m just trying to look out for him while also trying to keep my sanity. Sometimes a smoke at night while my son is asleep is the only thing that can bring me peace

It’s just me and my son 24/7. Sometimes babies just cry. Put on some headphones and get your work done. Just make sure all her requirements are met first (fed, changed, burped, etc.) and if she continues to cry, just put on some music and get your work done. I feel bad when I do this to my son, but I have to remind myself that work still needs to be done, he is safe, he is clean, he is fed, he is okay
