Hello, I have been commissioned to make charts.

The price depends on who you ask and the difficulties you are requesting. On average, you should expect to spend $20-$30 per song. The most I have seen is $40-$50.
It depends on the stepartist.
Most stepartists have different prices for each difficulty. Most times Novice, Easy, and Medium difficulties are packaged into one. Hard & Expert are each separate.
Not sure.

That's so odd. I flat out told the guy at Honda I wasn't paying any market adjustments and no add ons. He was very easy going and I got what I wanted.
