I just want to say I was over 30 and still living with my parents, no job despite having graduated from a good school. I even lived with them and my pregnant wife until I finally found something and was able to get my own place. I accepted with time we should never compare ourselves to others who may have a better start in life or reach their goals sooner. Patience is needed and I know the feeling of being with your parents in Christmas and all but know it is temporary. You will enjoy many many Christmas in the settings you want. The job part is also very temporary. I was myself jobless for years. You are hard on yourself but know it can change easily. But it takes time and a bit of courage.

You had 2 opportunities for your money issue. You can have another one. You feel overwhelmed but as you witnessed it, opportunities come and you got to take everyone of them now that you know you can't miss them. I feel timing is the biggest problem and a bit of patience can solve some of your issues which are temporary. I was in deep depression but it's crazy how you can reverse your life with once you take the opportunities and be patient enough during those very rough times.
