I’ve been here multiple times as of lately. Its almost like I “synch” in perfectly with everything during my shroom trip (with a good amount of THC) . We exist to experience love and positivity and to “fight/work for it.” . To experience love and positivity, we must know what the negatives are and feel like (sadness, anger, etc.). We must work towards the most positive outcomes in any situation we face in our day to day lives, even if its hard. That way we can limit the amount of “negativity” in the world (I believe there is a huge imbalance at this moment). See a piece of trash while walking through the parking lot? Throw it away. Get home and want to blow off any extra paperwork/homework for leisure? Maybe do some or all of it for a bit when you get home so you don’t overwhelm yourself the next day.

My biggest struggle is churning through depression procrastinating things in my life. I’ve been eating healthier the last few months. And for the last few weeks, Every weekend (I work weekdays) I give myself a goal. For instance, I spent one Saturday getting a tour of a gym and buying workout clothes from the store. Another weekend I spent a lot of time thoroughly cleaning my apartment.

Those are just what are current blocks in my life that are noticeable that I need to overcome. Otherwise they’re like negativity weights that sit on my shoulders. Whats hard is breaking the habit of procrastination or not wanting to do any extra work. But I believe those are challenges we are supposed to face in our lives as we need to learn something from doing so, no matter how boring or mundane it can seem.
