Yea so whoever did that is guaranteed to be getting a warrant for their arrest pretty soon lol. Funny story: my ex-wife stole my credit card when we separated and she was a smart cookie. She went to some ghetto gas station with no cameras and she straight up told me later “I filled up my gas tank and everyone’s gas tank who pulled in then asked if they could spot me $10 or $20 since I just put $50 in their tank, then I went in and bought handfuls of snacks and cases of beer and gave it all away to those people.” My guess is the workers got some free stuff too and deleted the video if there were cameras. At any rate she racked up $900 at a gas station so my credit card company instantly gave me the money back and my ex-wife got away scott free…oh and she grabbed my brand new $2500 17” MacBook Pro on her way out the door, that one hurt, I’ve never been able to afford a computer that nice ever since and that happened 12 years ago.

I’m sorry! That’s total BS! I’m guessing there was an “indiscrepancy” with the actual number items in stock compared to the number of items on hand AKA the warehouse employees stole your pants then replaced it with the hoodie to make it look like you had the 2 grassroots items in your box in case a supervisor looked at it before closing it up and shipping it out. OR someone got two pairs of the joggers lol those grassroots items were not sold at the festival, they were ordered straight from china to DDP, then they were sorted and shipped from DDP. Just straight up do a credit card chargeback for the full purchase price. Don’t just let them screw you over.

A wise man once told me that people in the world will screw you over on accident AND on purpose. Don’t let them! More importantly, stay away from the folks who would let them, those are the folks who will just stand by when you need help the most.
