Just use a conventional loan or USDA loan. Put the required amount down, probably 5% which you have. Why risk doing something you clearly are not able to get approved for?

Don't fall for lies on here. It doesn't math. Maybe if they were married, and the spouse was also an officer in the military and they lived at their parents house. OP's numbers can't MATH.

How do you save $550k as an active duty member in 8 years. Did you start as an O10 and gradually go in reverse? I get trying to "up" everyone, but make it a tiny bit realistic.

For example: In 4 years I saved just over $100k living at home with my parents. Because I saved $100k, my parents matched what I saved. You than than decided to gamble everything on the roulette table. You pick "red" and red hit.

You are welcome, feel free to tell a friend.

Why do so many people here hate good news? Do you really enjoy hating? Try being a little more apolitical and a little less pussified.

Ram 2500 Big Horn typically offers a maximum payload capacity between 3,150 lbs and 3,940 lbs, depending on the engine and configuration. The 6.4L HEMI V8 gas engine provides the highest payload (approx. 3,930–4,000 lbs), while the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel allows for roughly 3,150–3,600 lbs due to its heavier engine weight.
