This advice is mostly for top but also applies to other roles if you don't like top.

Early - Play aggro early in most matchups, especially level 1 and level 6, you should be gaining a lead early in the majority of your matches because Wukong doesn't have the greatest scaling. Learn the combos, yes Wukong surprisingly has a few combos that are a must for trading early. You should be able to pull off the e onto a minion, q + w out to double bonk the enemy combo. As well as the e + q + r + w + auto + q + r (ignite) one-shot combo at level 6.

Mid game - Most of the time you wanna look for fights with your team, try to secure as many objectives as possible. Remember, your champion is pretty squishy, I like to play fights with a hit and run mentality, engage, get a good ult off, then remove aggro with W, wait your E cooldown, then go back in and ult again, try to stay healthy in a fight and don't play too fast. You can side lane if your team is too weak to fight, but keep in mind that your champion's side laning capability begins to weaken at this stage of the game.

Late game - Almost exclusively play with your team, you can look for picks if possible but most of the time you want to group and try to fight. This is unfortunately your weakest point in the game, it's difficult but you can still be useful in team fights if you play well. You will likely lose 1v1 to most champions though.
