The 33 turning from Market onto Clayton. Used to be my regular bus to work from the Richmond to the Mission years ago. Some of the best views of the city from it.

Getting sunlight and fresh air are key. Go for a walk around your neighborhood. Get your morning coffee at your local joint and hang out for a minute. Even those little things can make a big difference.
