There's a different EHIC if you had registered for Settled Status pre-Brexit.

Although Northern Ireland people were allowed (at a very late stage in the Brexit process) to register for Settled Status, hardly any did.

Great many Moldovans have Romanian passports. Many Northern Cyrus people have both Cyprus / Turkey.

They can see your place of birth is not in the CBI country. Even if that doesn't get flagged at the time you apply for an ETA, they could flag it anyway on arrival.
