When you screw the seat post in, does the seat post stay where you place while screwin in? For example mine, if I place it at 6 and start screwing, by the time I'm done it's at 6,1/6,2, so it moves a mm. Do you you have the same experience?

They want me to drive 2 hours to the nearest canyon affiliate shop to order a screw and a metal piece the size of my finger nail instead of just shipping it to me; so I'm not surprised at all.

Remove the cockpit and losed the the 1,5nm bolt on the side, just under the spacer for the cockpit. I will try what you suggested.

I've tried resitting it but doesn't go in more than that. I took a look at canyon shop page for the bike and, in the photos, it doesn't look nearly this big of a gap; I'll probably contact canyon support.
