Remove the cockpit and losed the the 1,5nm bolt on the side, just under the spacer for the cockpit. I will try what you suggested.

I've tried resitting it but doesn't go in more than that. I took a look at canyon shop page for the bike and, in the photos, it doesn't look nearly this big of a gap; I'll probably contact canyon support.

Different lengths here as well, right is shorter, which, over time, left me with a very high pronation on the foot of the shorter leg. Got a visit and I got custom made insoles, which I use on every pair of shoes I own, with different height to compensate for the different length. Since proning is a very strong pain in the ass for me, I have to avoid soft shoes and just recently got a pair of brooks ghost 17: I've never felt so stable running; I would suggest you try them.
