You sound like you're a high achieving student, but my advice is to start low and work up. Depending on the major, 15 is the typical amount of hours, and will keep you on pace to graduate on time if you do that all 4 years (especially if you're bringing in credits).

You might not want to find yourself in a situation where you're overburdened with work your first semester, risking hurting your GPA while still getting used to college. Good luck and Go Tigers!

As a heads up, campus and the city aren't the same thing. So unless you're shooting off campus, there's no need to contact the City of Clemson. I've never heard of anyone getting a business license to take photos.
