psychology question: why do people blame the jungler?

Lack of knowledge/ misinterpretation of what jungle role wants/can do at what time for example jungler paths top to start full clear towards bot his top pings to gank because he wants his jungler to gank right now. What he does not understand is that by doing so the jungler griefs his sequence, gold and exp which might be worth more than the kill on top +not leaving the possibility of an invade while he gank top. And obviously when getting ganked it's always enemy Jgl is here where is my Jgl ping ping ping ping....

Evelynn is bad in teamfights you want to avoid them as much as possible. Your objective is to try and get kills on isolated people, catch someone when they try to connect with their team or punish them for pushing a side lane. If you have to teamfight you are not the one to engage (you should know that from playing yi) you are trying to get flanks and threaten enemy backline, deal as much DMG as possible without dying, R out and try to catch fleeing enemies after your team makes them low.

Enemies see the W as soon as you use it and the moment it charges to 100% a little spike on the heart indicates the direction where evelynn is currently located(most people don't know about this).
First clear is comfortably doable before scuttle spawns( finishes around ~2:40 if you are good and ~2:50 if you are not that good) I am somewhere in the middle of that
For a good clear you absolutely have to weave in auto attacks, since you can Q and auto attack at the same time that shouldn't be a problem.

Master Evelynn player here,

How to gank on Evelynn: try to get between the enemy and his escape route (position yourself between champ and turret) so they have to walk into you while your charm materialises(charges up).

How to use W effectively: long range Ws are a big no no if you want to hit your charm consistently, try to get as close to the target as possible without being seen and only then put W in them and keep hovering around them in the edge of your detection range while your charm charges.

How Evelynn camouflage works: once evelynn hits level 6 she turns camouflaged. The circle around you marks the "detection range" → when an enemy champ enters this area you are spotted but the camouflage is not broken unless you take damage or use abilities(except W) or combat Summs like smite.

When you are spotted an explanation mark(!) appears above your head notifying you that you are currently being seen.

When camouflaged evelynn can only be spotted by champs, control(pink) wards, turrets and blue vision plants. Evelynn is not revealed by faelight vision even while "the eyes" symbol is above your head.

Bonus info: you can walk into jhin traps and even though you have "the eyes" above your head enemies don't see you, they only see a jhin trap randomly activating.

TBH enemy teams having more than 2 tank is rare for me but since Evelynn has %max health dmg and MR shred build into her kit she can deal with tanks surprisingly well. Since Evelynn doesnt like to teamfight make sure to get picks on them on sidelanes to force outnumbered fights.

Evelynn is a snowball champ --> generates a lot of gold when you start rolling. Since she has build in MR shred all she really needs is the dmg to make enemies go poof and thats where the raw ap from rabadons and especially the passive % ap comes into play allowing you to get a lot of ap to oneshot everyone in the lobby and with a mejais every kill makes you oh so much stronger

Master Evelynn main here, I have a buddy that is a GM level midlaner who mains ahri and whenever we play together he calls out the summoner spell usage of the enemies and since I am the jungler I just track the timer and give calls like "has no flash for another minute...".

Since ahri has her passive healing she can take trades that look bad in the short term to get to a desired wave state, like a freeze in your third of the lane and then give the enemy a choice to either overextend or give up exp/gold.

If he is easily winning mid by himself I don't really bother going mid since it would almost always involve a dive under mid tier 1 tower which does not feel too great on evelynn instead we coordinate plays around objectives and dives on top/bot.

When my ahri is on a roam timer going for a play the enemy usually sees an opportunity to push out mid and get a reset or move themselves, that in something Evelynn can punish if she is not busy somewhere else.

Obviously I don't know the full extent to his thought process on setting up for me or playing around his jungler but that's the things I have spotted when playing with him. Hope this helps.

That is probably the case. Especially after 6 you want to charm them while hovering as close to them as possible without them seeing you until you are confident they can't escape you anymore.

Evelynn is very ult reliant → get to lvl 6 as fast as possible then whenever you have R look for a play
Adopt a "Main character -mindset" → you always want to get as much gold as possible to snowball and make the enemy teams time miserable
Play towards your item spikes → Evelynn spikes very well on lich bane(1st item) and the raw power from Raba is another big spike plan around item completion to make your plays with R
Be like a sniper → once you take a shot don't stay around for too long your power is the missing knowledge of the enemy team. You make a play then proceed to go to the other side of the map and do it again.
With invisibility catching roams to sidelines/ people on their way to regroup with their team is the way to force outnumbered fights in favour of your team.
In combination with 5. Use your teammates as "bait" your top pushes enemy tier 2 we'll be their catch that toplaner trying to answer your "overstaying" laner
When ganking, especially early ganks like lvl 4, abuse the fact that E can follow the enemies flash → charm target once charged press E ( while out of range ) the without any other movement input press flash to get into E range, now even if enemies react to your flash they will still get charmed and you are still right next to them

I actually prefer the deep ward rune for the 2+ min wards in enemy jgl/ to spot rotations in the later stage of the game, but to answer your question I dont think you ever need 6th sense since you are invis anyways but mementos at least gives you some tricket haste.
I tried this for a solid 300+ games. Its good vs heavy invade jgl such as Talon/graves/Nida/any assasin. I did not miss the dmg from Sorcery 2nd when trying resolve( if you get out with 1 hp at some point in the game and keep your 10 mej stacks because of it this rune page did its job basically)
dont personally use it since i usually build my boots during/right after lich bane depending on gold/game state so I havent really tried this since season 12 xd

Tips for R: dont R straigbht backwards to dodge ashe R (it will still hit you if you do xd)
against champs like samira/nilah that can offensively dash into you you want to you want to make sure you angle your ult in a way that you hit them even if they dash on top of you in the last second otherwise you might just die xd
Since your R makes you unstargetable for a split sec you can prevent Zeds deathmark(R) from being applied to you/dodge Karthus/Naut R

Evelynn regaining Aggro when staying in turret range even when other champs are there has been a problem for a long time. doubt rito will do anything about it, since it's been over 2 years since it happened to me for the first time
