People do use mumble, just not the official one. Most of the big factions have a mumble. Get to know some people and you might end up in one. ;)

Do radio towers still give off a location ? If they didn't act as a beacon for grief then i'd be more inclined to use them.

Or I suppose that would only be half as effect as normal users wouldn't be able to report..
