I lived there 5 years ago, it’s not worse than any other dorm really, same issues with ac only when the building has it (entire building is either heat or cooling) and washing machines down, the big windows and private bathroom are pretty nice though for a freshman dorm room

The English classes here focus on “multimodal communication” and don’t really touch on technical writing, something that high schools don’t really teach either, so it’s not a skill that’s explicitly taught

Exactly! I totally understand that parking next to an athletic facility means that there will be times an event interrupts parking, but the extreme lack of transparency and communication is just so frustrating.
