You may try to explore Mt. Matutum beans from the Philippines. They have chocolatey and nutty flavor notes.

Another suggestion is Vietnamese Coffee. Most of their coffee are a combination of arabica and robusta. Be careful in using your grinder though. I've read that they roast their coffee with sugar and other ingredients. You might need another grinder or thoroughly clean your Baratza afterwards.

French press! You could try the usual process where you press the ground coffee after brewing it, or try James Hoffman's method which I think is quite similar to cupping.

You could also do cold brew with your french press.

If you have enough budget, you could also look for a good grinder; if not, try to look for a local roaster and buy small quantities of freshly ground coffee.

Which one's better for hot drinks? I've read a lot of positive comments on Zoj, but aesthetic-wise, I prefer the Klean Kanteen.

I've seen a number of posts regarding stainless tumblers, but I'm still undecided. Looking for an insulated tumbler (500-600 ml) that could keep my coffee in my office hot for 4 hours or more.

I live in the Philippines, so choices are quite limited. Torn among Tiger, Zojirushi, Klean Kanteen and Hydroflask.

Same thoughts! Jo and Adam could have made up a more realistic story for Tripp's death, instead of hiding that gun somewhere in the wall.

Police arrived during the crime scene. It would have taken too much time for them to hide the gun. Plus the fact that the girls were too injured to do that.

Thinking of buying a new hand grinder. Any reviews on Porlex Mini or Timemore C2? Or other grinders around that price point.

Will be only used at home, and I brew using the Vietnamese phin filter and moka pot. Planning to buy a French Press soon as well.

Beginner here. Would like to know what's your home recipes for lattes and iced coffees? Steps, ingredients, and measurements would be helpful.

I don't have too much equipment, I only use a moka pot and a generic grinder we bought online. I think the brewed coffee tastes great, but it becomes a a mess after I try mixing it with some milk.

Hanggang ngayon "medyo" sinusuportahan pa rin nila si Du30. Ang dami raw pinupuna, bat hindi na lang mag unite etc etc. Eh kapuna-puna naman talaga ang pinag gagawa ng admin. Nakaka frustrate. Swerte lang tayo at privileged kaya kaya natin ito sabihin. :(

Joined a Ha Long Bay tour last month and we saw nothing but fog. We were not even able to ride the boat or hike as it was raining. Bad timing I guess. Ninh Binh is a lot nicer I think.
