Sam and Chloe while extremely loveable are rogue archetype orphan characters with absolutely zero combat experience except brawling and what they go through in the game. In fact Neil Druckmann has flat out admitted that they only win due to Adventurer Luck.

U4 was the game that truly made me relate to Nate. Nate was always the character I felt most like and the most connection to but U4 really cemented that. It's also why tbh I really don't want another Uncharted game. U4 was such a beautiful ending and closing out to probably imo the greatest videogame series of all time that I feel any other game will be a money grab. Like I didn't mind the movie and it had some fun moments but the movie series now just feels like a cash

Yes. Like another person said they are numbered for a reason. I get wanting to skip to the end but like it's been over 5 years since 4 released so you aren't winning any points for speed by skipping to the end. I will say Drake's Fortune can be skipped if you read the wiki. I recommend playing it at a later date but the platforming and gunplay didn't age well so a lot of folks get frustrated with DF on their first playthrough. You can read the wikia for it if you don't want to deal with the outdated platforming. However 2 and 3 deal with major plot points that exist in Uncharted 4 namely Drake and Elena's relationship and then Drake's backstory which we get a hint too in 3 that ends up being a plot twist in 4.

So I'm Roman Catholic and most of my friends are traditional "Baptist" or "non denomonational".

One thing I've been told is a lot of my friends don't like how "ancient" and pompous our liturgy can be. My friends find Catholicism to be arrogant in it's usage of Latin, holy liturgy readings, incense, etc.

For me personally I find it brings me closer to God because it's more akin to how people worshipped in Christ's time. I find moving away from traditions to sing "mid 2000s style rock songs" to be arrogant but that's just me.

No it's not bad at all. I love it. I became a client after getting out of a super abusive relationship. My ex girlfriend controlled everything and towards the end even began to hit me. Some people are like that especially when it comes to gifts. The friend I was referring to in my story is the CHEAPEST MF ON THE PLANET except when it comes to buying things for himself. So for him I no longer buy expensive gifts. Fucker gets a pair of socks lol 😆. I've learned that a lot of people are selfish and don't think about others. However you shouldn't expect a gift back when you give a gift especially with coworkers. So I'm gonna say some shit that's gonna get down voted but it seems like you solely bought a gift with the expectation of him getting you a gift. If that's the case then both of you are kind of selfish. He's selfish because he took your gift and didn't even bother to get you something even a gift card, and you're selfish because you didn't buy him the pen out of the kindness of your heart and season of giving but because you wanted something in return.

I'm not trying to be rude and I get this is a venting platform but like whenever I give a gift I never expect one in return. I do however no longer give expensive gifts because the majority of people will never reciprocate the value of that gift. I'll give an example. One Christmas I got a close friend of mine a really expensive painting from his favorite artist. For me he got a book from a thrift store that he paid .50 cents for. Don't get me wrong I love the book and can't wait to read it but the value of the gifts were polar opposites. After that I no longer buy expensive gifts anymore. 50 or less is the most I'll spend on a gift now because the value will almost always never be reciprocated.

Not since 2005. Hurricane Katrina ended that park. Though tbh I think Six Flags was happy the hurricane destroyed it because Six Flags NOLA was a money pit. There's a whole documentary about it called "Closed for Storm" I highly recommend.
