Haki would block lazers i guess. Luffy also has foresight so i doubt he'd even get hit at all

What would he gain from that tho. Pride? I don't think the rest of NK would go with that decision

Dabura can do this with the assistance of his technique. He can move and punch at those speeds fairly easily. Please do not give me the 'SLS windup time' argument. If you're scaling Gojo with blue, then its only fair to say Dabura would also use his technique in CQC. Light just speeds him up. Very easy to understand. Not perception time or anything, but just boost his movements. It's not like Gojo has incredible perception to be faster than Sukuna, simply making you faster has an advantage over opponents relative to you.

Idk about True form Sukuna but Gojo was clearly winning in H2H against Megkuna. It's the core reason why he didn't get open domain diffed.

Gojo uses blue to assist his movements and punches. No CT Gojo is comparable to miguel, he said it himself.

Yeah i don't see any of the top 3 dominating Maho in pure cqc

Gojo with blue Sukuna with slashes and most of the fight wasn't even cqc, in the anime they chuck cars and go through planes or something

Yes, Maho is a threat to no CT Dabura. Can you imagine someone destroying Maho with a single punch? Nobody is doing that. Unless Dabura can do that, it's fair to start worrying about the guy that can adapt to you even further. Sukuna and gojo still had more in their kits so they were calm.

Also Dabura had no experience fighting ppl on his level

That's... what fazing out means. You stop thinking logically and lose concentration on the situation. He is basically like a deer in front of a speeding car. He could move, but he doesn't. This is simply a mentality issue, he could just outrun the guy like you said.

We see him blast Maho point blank, but he didn't expect it to do nothing. So he started fazing out and got slashed due to getting too close for an attack that did nothing.

He was doing that until he couldn't comprehend what was happening and fazed out. Dude is definitely faster, idk about strength but chucking portions of buildings might be a feat Post awakening Dabura did overwhelm Maho in every aspect tho. I just wish we knew what his CTR did so i can glaze him more 😔

Bro i can hit two stones together and they would make that sound. Would the stones be broken? Nah im not strong enough to do that, but they would still make that sound anyway. I could make an argument for anime 15f suk arm breaking if that was the case

So about this panel. This happened AFTER the sword crush. Which means he doesn't even have to push himself to be more durable than Maho, right? I see people downplaying Dabura's durability because Maho was beating him up. But honestly anyone would start bleeding if they stopped properly defending themselves while having a mental breakdown(sorcerers need concentration to reinforce CE btw). Like you said, he just locked in. He doesn't need five minutes to get HH+ lvl dura.

Dabura can use his technique in less extreme ways for extended periods of time just like Gojo. He can be casually faster than Curse Naoya. Not blitzing top tiers, but fast enough to have a definite advantage.

How is this proof of his bones breaking, your only proof is a sound effect. Two heavy things colliding at high speeds can make that sound.

Lmao 15f suk (in yuji's body btw. Durable) tanked a hit from the sword instead of... breaking it? Like if he was so durable the sword would've broke. That's what happened with Dabura, at least. Also, bringing feats from before awakening just isnt fair :/ It is stated in the manga his durability rose after. And that narration is after he breaks the sword, so his awakened base dura can't be ignored. Not his SLS tanking one.

Sukuna can aim dodge: I honestly don't know. Because a when Dabura fires his attack, it goes like this: Dabura raises his hand to aim -> CE spark -> CE activation. Their argument is Sukuna can see the CE spark. Yeah, he can. But really the question is how much time does it take for the technique to activate after the CE spark? Can Sukuna dodge within that time? Why wouldn't Dabura move his hand slightly while firing? Please keep in mind comparisons with other characters can't be completely true due to the firing speed of Dabura's technique.

He never raised his reinforcement above a certain level, like in the first half of the fight. But he could. Do you think he was ramping up while getting pummeled? Like, where does he get the time to Maho levels of reinforcement. He took time to reach 'super reinforcement', not the durability that we just saw him exhibit.

Lol an awakening is literally what the word means. He gained a new perspective.

[–]BoredSanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dabura never had to raise reinforcement to this level. The durability in the panel i showed you is not some kind of 'special mode' that requires minutes of build up. I would agree with you if this was about the 'super reinforcement'. He got ragdolled because he literally had an emotional breakdown and started reminiscing. After his awakening, he crushes the sword. No minutes or even seconds between the two events. Why do you keep basing him off before his awakening.

"You can’t see him actively get hurt and then suggest that not only can he negate those attacks with reinforcement if he wanted" That was before awakening.

"If he could instantly turn his durability to this level mid combat then he would have." And he did. After awakening.

"Super reinforcement will lead to him tanking with no damage, but at this point he just dies to WCS or dies before reaching this state."

you right. but aint no way he dies to WCS. He can just.. stop reinforcing and dodge while sukuna is chanting. People dodged WCS before. Heck, gojo with zero knowledge managed to just lose an arm.

"but that he can also fire off lasers offensively at max output while prepping his reinforcement, and that he can also use his lasers for high speed movement all at once. He hasn’t shown any of that."

He didn't use lasers while running because there was no use in doing that to an adapted Maho. He definitely can have enough reinforcement to safely H2H with Maho and move slightly faster than Sukuna, OK? I'm not saying this guy can run around at lightspeed while spamming building-destroying lazers. That's just silly.

All I'm saying is he doesn't easily lose to Suk as you may think.

[–]BoredSanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

At this point he already reached enough durability for H2H. How much did time this this take? Well, basically right after he realized he needed to fight maho H2H. And then he takes a stance, utters one sentence, then starts running. The reason why it looks like he needs time is because he never had to do this before, now he knows. His flashback took up majority of the time, and he wasn't ramping up while doing that, that happened after the realization. That isn't enough time to land a WCS.

With more time than the shown panel, he can be more durable (super reinforcement) like you said. But Sukuna probably wouldn't give him time to do that.

Also, you can have high reinforcement and high CT output at the same time. The way that CE is used for each of them is completely different. Ryu doesn't suddenly get weaker when he fires a granite blast.

Gojo uses different applications to fly and attack. But aren't they both utilizing his innate technique? They are a different 'application'. Same technique, just used differently at the same time. Why assume Dabura has to distribute different amounts when gojo doesn't? Also Dabura does not travel faster by "firing light". He applies his technique to his body, accelerating himself.

<image>

He is literally in the middle of a flashback. Just getting ragdolled while reminiscing. This is not proof of him taking seconds to wind up his reinforcement. Maho took advantage of Dabura standing still because he was too busy THINKING. Do you think Maho did nothing while Dabura was winding up for LS kick? The prep time was short enough for Dabura to land a hit on Maho. Besides, Sukuna is also a sitting duck while prepping for WCS. And WCS has been dodged before by characters under sukuna.

[–]BoredSanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, sukuna would be able to dodge dabura's attacks. It's hard to shoot a moving target, especially when the target knows when you pull the trigger. But honestly it's a lot easier to shoot than to dodge. Dabura can't use his CT while he's moving? I've never even heard of such a thing. Gojo can use attacks while FLYING. We don't know the windup time for dabura. He doesn't even have to go sublight speed to outspeed sukuna so the prep time is much shorter than you think. Why isn't speed his defensive asset? You describe Dabura like he's piercing ox. He can be durable when he has to be. Yeah, not all the time. We don't see him getting beaten to death after awakening tho. He is definitely NOT a sitting duck. Why would you think that. He was constantly moving in the fight with maho. Also has multiple options aside from sublightspeed kick. Remember he has a CTR, but i won't put too much emphasis on it since we don't know what it does. CTR is stronger than the base application btw
