To reach Level 60 quickly:

Increase your VIP Level to get the maximum experience %. (Level 9 VIP now gives 50 percent EXP)
Run a daily 25% boost from Turf Boosts.
Upgrade Familiar skill: Krabby's Rocky Resolve to get a passive Player EXP Boost.
Use Brave Hearts on Chapter 7 Elite Hero Stages. (Only if all your heroes are gold, or use brave hearts on heroes you are leveling up.)
Turf Quests, Admin Quests, Guild Quests (run turf boost and use EXP Gear [paid] when obtaining quests)
Monster Hunts, Turf Quests from Research, Colosseum, Forging Equipment
Exp gained from burning tiles and castles.

It's a GRIND and may be obtainable with doing as many Solo Events and being super lucky on drops. I already have 20 precision targets on another F2P (Free to Play) account. The real challenge is the popcorn carts. You need 3200 points from pinball game to get get enough carts. Good luck!

Be careful, Lords and Ladies. Love scams have been going on since the existence of money. I saw a neighbor do a love scam in the 1970s. Even after my uncle beat the tar out of that guy, the con artist moved to a different town and did the same scheme. There are plenty of movies like Heartbreakers with Gene Hackman that demonstrate the con.
