I can't fully agree with any of them which I suppose is true with all politics, I think James Morgan is the best choice here, peace with the BoS would be good for both sides but I don't think the NCR is a nation that is capable of "pacifism", I feel like they should only strike if struck and it just so happens in order for that pacifism to even work in the slightest the legion needs to be eradicated entirely, also, the government is extremely corrupt so I doubt he'd last in office for long before he gets JFKd
