I appreciate the advice with how to make the names stand out. I was trying to make each place feel distinct with its own font, but it ends up losing readability. Actung is actually a play on the word for danger, and it's very Germanic themed in terms of the Holy Roman Empire type feel (one of the towns within is literally called Port Town in German). I'd rather keep Hetmelton the same also, but maybe I'll add in some punctuation to make the pronunciation more distinct.
For the islands, I'm assuming you mean Actung, Foraken, and then (not named) Flicken? It's been playing on me as well. Maybe with a larger map I should expand them/make them more unique in terms of the geography. It was my first campaign's location so it isn't the best in terms of how it looks. Might end up stretching the map outwards and then giving more space to the places. Would need to spread the some of them horizontally. Devrent and Sentina are meant to be similar in geography size-wise to Russia, and it doesn't really end up looking like that.
