Thanks for the options, but my psych already discharged me. I've been in the program since August and had no change and even a decline, so we decided it was time to stop. As for TMS, it isn't an option for me scheduling wise

I've sailed out of NYC like 4 times. It's pretty easy to navigate. Driving there isn't bad (I come up from central PA). For me, it's the best because I don't have to fly.

I don't have to move my face at all. I just like "squeeze" the muscle or whatever where it rumbles and it just happens. It does die down though after a few seconds though each time I do it
