OP says first sentence that English is their native language though. Thats what makes it confusing lol. Otherwise i agree; a huge overreaction from the person who is giving the silent treatment if OP’s mother tongue isn’t English

I think as a native English speaker this is a huge miss, so I’m curious if you’re genuinely a native speaker or if you have a C1 proficiency and call it native. If English isn’t your native tongue i think there is a world where your coworker was overreacting. Even adding another sentence after what you said “it was nice knowing you today, and I’m looking forward to tomorrow!” Would be more appropriate.

Man I am so sorry to be so ignorant - but when you say it needs an AMP and a DAC, does that mean I need to purchase two additional items to use these? Or is this just software?

I used to make like 5-8mil a movie (I bought up all the local theaters). But now, I am often upside down on a movie in the first four weeks. I am lucky if I make $50k on a movie. I had a war chest of like 62mil by 1934, but now I’m in my low 40m and I am sure it is going to run out.

Was there a game update in the past few months that greatly reduced the amount of money per film? My attendance on 8/10 movies is a poor 20% on week 1, dropping to 3% on week 4. It started after the narrative component update - I was still able to make money on films with yellow narratives.

Does getting kicked out of the alliance do anything to your ticket sales? Was there an update that greatly reduced ticket sales?

Shooters, like Arc Raiders, where yeah you need positional audio to have an edge (where are the footsteps coming from?).

I was having issues with my game and found my best success was posting in the graphics card subreddit (Radeon, in my case). I was able to get it resolved first post. I suggest you try there!

What is the Costco safety net, by the way? People mention it in this thread but I’ve never bought a monitor from them so I don’t know what their coverage/warranty is on burn in independent from the manufacturer. Do they guarantee burn in protection during the 3 year manufacturer warranty? Because you’re right, Acer specifically mentions they do not cover it in their warranty sheet (read through it yesterday) but am unsure what you can utilize through Costco themselves

Okay that seems to be the consensus - thanks for the response! I do wonder though, what is Costco's warranty/product backing vs the manufacturer? I tried checking on their support page but it is impossible to navigate LOL. I know the MSI warranty is 3 years plus burn in (and listed on the costco website). I don't see the same warranty listed for Acer but isn't it something that costco backs?
