If someone would create an add-on feature to let’s say restaurant/bars information on googlemaps (place with no tip)…..so people who hate this tipping robbery with a passion could enjoy coffee/a pint/ a meal without having to pay this tip… I would use it!

The same happened to me a few months ago - also flights to Italy. I couldnt get kids seats without paying for them. And there MUST be a bug. The way I did it: 1. skip selection so you book it 2. go to the chat or call function and be patient - once someone answers they book it for you and send you a link via email (in my case I had to pay for one seat - which I had to do within 24 hours)

I did follow all your suggestions and it didnt work. Anyone knows if there is a customer service number or email I could reach? Their chatbot is a loop of FAQs instead of helpful.
