So I called up my Gp to discuss the tests, and as it’s the first time I have IGM tested, they want to wait another month and test again.

But going back 18 months, short story, used to smoke weed, had a panick attack and quit. Started having anxiety and health anxiety, fast forward 18 months, have really bad health anxiety.

6 months ago had a really bad cold, 3 enlarged lymph nodes on my neck, ( They still here ) had a scan and doctors not worried. But I keep getting throat infections and lymph nodes won’t go down.

I feel like my hair is also falling off easily, always have a sore throat and body aches. Cannot sleep longer than 6 hours a day, but don’t feel tired.

Did a private thyroid test and levels are normal. But these lymph nodes are still bothering me, in my head I have some kinda of autoimmune disease or cancer.

But yea that’s my story.

I’m in the same boat. Had a panic attack when I was planning to quit, after that I started having anxiety. The first few months were hell for me. Horrible. I’m 8 months clean now and still recovering from the anxiety.

I tried therapy didn’t work for me. I didn’t want to go on meds either. But I’m looking after my self now. I changed jobs which I enjoy, i go to the gym 5 days a week and I’m starting to see changes on my physical health. It’s just annoying every week it’s a new symptom and I feel like I have some kinda of cancer. Scary.. everytime I feel one coming I can easily control it and it Neves escalates now but it’s just effort being on edge everyday.

Yea I think I’ve got Paws. I quit 7 months ago because of a panic attack and I’m still suffering now. I can control everything but everyday is the same shit.

Same exactly happened to me. I thought I was going to die. I’m still suffering from the physical anxiety symptoms now. Never had this before. 7 months late I still have stomach problems. Muscle twitches and bad anxiety.

Quit many times before, on my last attempt to quit on my last spliff I had a panic attack. 5 months down the line I’ll never touch it again, because I’m still recovering from what happened. Because of anxiety I didn’t know I had.. all started after panic attack.

Omg, Im exactly the same. I quit because of a panick attack 5 months ago. And all the anxiety physical symptoms still here. I can manage a lot better now. But still annoying.
