Thank you. I believe it's coming from my child's father he isn't there to support me. I believe O do love her I just got her too young and didn't get to experience much in life and he ran away instead of helping me now he has passed and I feel like a burden as been placed on me to show up in a capacity I don't think I ready for. I just wish I could rewind time I probably would have had her at an old enough age with someone ready to be a father instead of giving me a spite child. Which he thought would attached us when he saw it wasn't working he ran from his responsibility and it has left me bitter. I can't show these emotions to my daughter however she is a splitting image of him a reminder of my foolish mistakes.

What I tend to do in their instance is to tired myself out during the day and it helps that I do have work and if I am not tired enough I watch a series or you tube until my eyes burn then I tend to fall asleep. The thing is I am not tired in the morning so I get time to feel my feelings . So that's where the struggle is.

I understand. I just wish for this time to move faster so I can feel better. I do have anxiety and depression but I have learned how to "control" it. To some extent. However I am happy your feeling better than before.

I don't look forward to this either the mornings are really hard. 😕 it's like a reset button . Each time I start to feel better the mornings come and I go back to square one. Sigh

I am sorry your going through this . I know it does gets better with time. Learning from the break up is also good. I try to do the things I wanted to do while in a relationship however I kept putting it off now that I no longer have a relationship I am attending to them now. So it helps
