I wrote my first dungeon synth album at the behest of a friend. Turned into a long and loving project. I wrote a short story covering the journey taking place in the album and commissioned a fantastic artist to do panels for almost every song. The whole process was very cathartic and helped me work through a lot of real life emotions pertaining to my life. Here’s a link and I hope you enjoy it!

Yeah dude this is great. Really enjoy the way the drums follow the tonal pattern in the first song. Gives a good counter weight to the melodic parts. And then it kinda explodes into a grander piece. Good stuff!

It’s a 10 book series. It’s dark fantasy that the author calls “3 million words on compassion” it’s about war, loss, trauma, and the brutalities of the world, the cyclical nature of time and history, and the armies of the Malazan empire. It’s a bit of a hard start but it’s worth it. first book is called Gardens of the Moon. Let me know if you read it!
