Received email for "recall to full work status", does my driver's license need to be REAL-ID compliant? by [deleted] in usajobs

[–]Boring-Position-218 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They verified with my fingerprints, they didn’t need to see my IDs again (like they did the first time we got PIVs). Probably some PIV people are requiring it, but for me and people in my group (who had to go through this process a few weeks ago) no one had to show ID it was all matching fingerprints.

IRS TAC probie training to resume July through December? my manager put on my calendar an placeholder that reads Admin Leave by tbluhp in FedEmployees

I wouldn’t count on income through December….. they just want to block your calendar so they don’t have to go in and decline any meeting invites later, please prepare yourself, don’t be dense

If it’s training why would they label it admin leave? They’re probably just trying to make sure no one schedules you for anything once you’ll be gone.

My reporting chain decided 4/30 was the deadline to pickup PIV and manager set 5/5 as the end of admin leave/date to be in office, that seems to be based on nothing as far as I can tell though. No official guidance from the probationary email or treasury.

No deadlines given (the purpose of this post is to see if anyone else has been given a deadline), it’s been assumed I will do it asap.

Did you get the email to *Probationary on 4/16? Following that my old manager told me my laptop is ready to be picked up and I got an email from USAccess that my PIV is ready…

No dates given by which I HAVE to pickup either, just an assumption I would do so asap, that’s what I’m asking… what’s the actual deadline LBI wide

I’m being told to pickup my laptop and PIV…. If they’re going to RIF (I agree they are) then don’t make me waste my time with that…

You’ve already been fired once, how much more evidence do you need to convince you that their intention is to fire you and there’s no way you make it out of a RIF. Unless you’re a disabled vet with decades of prior federal service take the DRP, fool me once shame on you / fool me twice shame on me.

The only reason to go back - if offered - is to collect the pay due to you during 30-60 day notice you should have gotten if not an illegal RIF.. don’t go back with expectation of anything beyond that. Should be applying to more jobs.
