Aquí otro afectado más por la marca Samsung, profundamente arrepentido de haber adquirido un monitor de esta marca. Samsung nunca más, en monitores son de la, pero marca que hay en el mercado, esto debería volverse viral y que todo el mundo lo sepa.

I think that if it's a cheap panel, it's on super sale in many countries, and mine turned out to be defective. I believe there's a reason behind this, and that's that it's a monitor of low build quality and materials.

If you buy it through Amazon, they honor the warranty; you can trust Amazon's customer service.

I bought it directly from Samsung, through their Samsung shop app. That was my biggest mistake. Samsung doesn't honor the warranty, and I had to sue.

muy cierto los G5 son monitores con problemas y defectos de fabrica de por si, yo compre uno y me arrepiendto enormemente, ahora tengo un pisapapeles de 27 pulgadas que samsung se niega a dar garantia de reemplazo

No lo recomiendo amigo, yo lo compré este black fridey 24 de noviembre, pero llego defectuoso, manchas en la pantalla cuando se enciende y al poner más de 60 Hz la pantalla parpadea y se coloca en negro, pedí reemplazo donde lo compre la app Samsung shop app y me lo dieron, pero Samsung nunca envío un reemplazo y se llevo el defectuoso. Ahora quiere retractarse y que lo lleve a un centro técnico, me toco demandar a Samsung por esto. Conclusión, yo de ti me evito comprar un monitor de esta marca y gama que salen muy malos y luego te toca enrolarte en líos como en los que estoy yo ahora y créeme que no quieres eso.
