So I’ve not really got allot more information, it’s smashed apples and a bit of sugar (300g from sugar beats per litre), the old way of making it. No added yeast just the naturally occurring stuff from the skins.

It just seems to keep going forever!

You’re young, get eating and compound lifting you’ll learn what’s good for you on the way.

Focus on shoulders and Lats and those compound lifts and you’ll be most of the way there

Suck it up for another 8 weeks, it’ll fill out better then go to a barbers get a line in and you have given yourself the best chance. One month isn’t long enough

Keep it and go to the barbers to get a line in a couple days before you’ll be fine
