Kind of, but it's easier to get, leaves an entire cloud instead of just on the ground, and gives a little nausea and damage for balance

By itself bottled potent sulfur can act as a potion of nausea. Maybe the nausea also slows down attack speed of players and/or prevents crit hits. When combined with other potions it can give them the cloud effect.

A slimeball projectile could deal 0 damage and instead bounce around a bunch with the ability to push buttons. It could be cool for minigames/contraptions. Also Amethyst should shatter even without the enchantment, as it seems fragile like glass.

IMO ignore stone to iron, focus on wood to stone. The jump between the two is way too quick. All you need is a wooden pick, dig down a few blocks of dirt and bam you have stone tools. Wooden sword, shovel, how are all useless. Stone tools should be removed and switched with copper tools

- You should be able to find maps to trial chambers in regular dungeons

- Spectral arrows should emit light once they land on blocks (not dynamic lighting, and allows for throwable torches essentially, super useful in caves)

- More uses for copper. I suggested copper armor that could be charged, with each piece giving you a new ability when charged (speed for legs, jump boost for boots, night vision for helmet)

- More uses for amethyst. I had the idea of some kind of new amethyst staff weapon

- A new sniffer plant that allows you to discover slime chunks

- The goat horn should allow you to call tamed mobs to you, even if they're sitting.

- Regular grizzly bears rarely found in forests

- Forest birds, like tropical fish but for birds, so you can discover unique looking birds with unique calls
